Redo: Future RP (sucky titles FTW!!)

"How long are we going to have to stay... Remember, if she brings up certain aspects of my relationship again, I'm leaving. I don't care if I have to walk home"

"Yeah, yeah.."

"Don't worry. I only said we'd stop by, not that we'd stay for drinks or anything"

A little while later, Damaris got to Ursula's house. "Here."

Weisis sighed and unbuckled her seatbelt. "Let's just get this over with..."

Helen followed in suit, still cradling her puppy in her arms. She, being the reason all the girls had come at all, walked straight up to the door and knocked.

Damaris fell back. She was still nervous about seeing Ursula, she wishes she could just get over it.

Hearing the knock, Ursula walked over to the door with a smile. She was so excited to show people her house and how much work she'd put into it. Her smile broadened when she saw Weisis and Mari. "Oh good... You brought company~"

Damaris looked everywhere but at the blond. "...She needed a drive."

Helen, of course, smiled brightly and moved to give Ursula a hug. No reason to act like she didn't like her, even if she didn't. "Yes. And so sorry we're late-inviting them was kinda last minute. My ride left me at the beach"

She raised a brow, returning the hug. "...Byron? Why am I not more surprised... " She shook her head and looked over at Mari and Weisis. "Damaris... And" god what was her name? She was a one with all the piercings in high school. "Jane?"

Weisis clearly did not look impressed, but she'd stopped forcing her nickname upon people, mostly for the sake of her career. It seemed unprofessional to insist people who hardly knew her should call her that. So, she gave a curt nod.

"It's great to see you both again, how are you?"

She looked over a Weisis, and took a self-concious step closer to her, possibly trying to hide behind the taller girl. "..Grreeeeeat.."

Helen stepped back, adjusting her jacket as she did so. "So, shall we move this chatter inside? Bea's gonna have a fit if he has to wear his sweater any longer."

Ursula nodded "I want to show you the house anyway~ I put soooo much time and money into this place."

"Well then, shall we, ladies?" She scooped Bea back into her arms and have him a kiss before following Ursula inside.

Damaris followed behind, and nodded.

She led them to the living room with a smile. Ursula had bought an older house and replaced most of the flooring, finishes, and windows, something she was quite proud of... And it'd only taken a little under a year. Ursula turned back to look at the group. "Well, what do you think?"

Weisis stood in back with her arms folded, but she had to admit it was pretty nice.

"It looks great.." she smiled weakly.

"It's beautiful~" Of course, Helen had to be the exuberant one. And, even if she didn't like Ursula too much, she had to admit that the woman had done a fabulous job with the house. "How much did it take to fix all this?"

"It took a good chunk of my savings... But, I found some good deals and called in some favors. I did nearly all the woodwork myself. I feel like I'd get my money back if I ever decide to sell though"
