At that he laughed, "Oh, god, there are sooo many things I'm not confident about. You just don't need to know about any of them."

Cole actually managed a genuine, sheepish little smile. "Should I brag about things I am confident about then? I'm fantastic at football"

"Good at tackling and rolling around in the mud with other guys in the desperate search for balls? That is interesting~" Aaaaaand he was creepy again. It sounded so much funnier in his head... "But, seriously, go ahead if it'll make you more comfortable"

Hale:
Hale's expression was one of half mild disturbance, and half mild amusement. She had a strong urge to ask if he was high. Instead she pointed to her name-tag. "I'm Hale. Like those big lumps of ice?" She brought her glass of water up to her lips. "You seem pretty comfortable in this whole SUPER EXCITING activity", she said calmly, putting some mock emphasis on the two words.

He gave her a mock pout at the 'not a stripper' comment. "Damn, well you just crushed my hopes and dreams." He smirked and shrugged. "Not really, but I couldn't care less. As for yours, you shouldn't blame them for having a sweet tooth. Or maybe they like that Aaron Carter song? I can relate to it a bit more myself now, heh." The smirk only grew as he licked his lips before he threw his head back and laughed, waving a hand in front of his face. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm done. I had to get it out of my system for this to be a pleasant conversation, ya know?"

Nick mentally cursed at seeing that nearly all of the tables had filled up. He had started day-dreaming for just a moment and BAM. All that was left was a really drunk looking man and a blonde guy. He sighed and slapped a hand to his face before making his way over. He. Was going to. KILL KARAM. He felt rather awkward as he approached the table. "Hey, there's nowhere else. Mind if I sit...?" He looked down at his name-tag. "Lychee?" 'What the hell? And I thought Hale had an odd name.'

"Well, like, why wouldn't I be? Aren't you?"

"No one's searching for the ball, cause I have it. People complain because I don't pass and I'm the only one that scores~" Cole LOVED talking about football and bragging, so the innuendo had flown right over his head.

"You're cute, don't make you hurt you. I'll probably chip my nails and then we'll both be unhappy." She thought for a moment before correcting herself. "You're cute, so long as you keep your obnoxious mouth shut."

She laughed, and nodded. "It doesn't make you sound old at all, Ethan. I'm Renee..where I come from, things like this happen a lot, it's normal."

He smirked once again. "Oh swoon, I think I'm falling for you already, gorgeous." He tipped back his head and oh so gracefully downed what was left of his wine. He made face while swallowing and looked at the empty glass in his hand. "So, how about to not 'open my annoying mouth' again, you do the talking. What is charming woman like yourself doing at this thing?"

"Nooot as much as you, tiger." she said, looking as if she wanted to laugh. She leaned forward and rested her chin on her hand. "So what do you like to do when you aren't saying 'like' all of the time?" she said in a teasing tone.

Her eyebrows raised a bit. "You're an... Elvis impersonator... You're that guy that marries people in places like Vegas??" Alright, this guy could NOT be for real.
